Airport

Buenos Aires international airport, Ministro Pistarini International Airport is within the suburbs, Ezeiza, and is very updated and new. It has many restaurants and shops and offers flights to almost anywhere. There is a smaller airport within the city, the Aeroparque Jorge Newbery ariport, within Palermo, which offers flights to Montevideo, Uruguay and Punta del Este.

Architecture

Buenos Aires has beautiful architecture, with an eclectic nature and form adapted from Paris, France and the Spanish cities of Madrid and Barcelona. There is also much Italian influence. This academic architectural style persisted into the 20th century for some time, before being replaced by new, modern styles. Overall, a beautiful and unique city.

Argentina

Argentina is found in South America, at its pole. It is the second largest county in South America, with 23 provinces and the capital city of Buenos Aires, being the second largest city in South America. It is the eighth largest country in the world, in land mass and the largest Spanish speaking country. The official language is Spanish and ethnic groups consist of mainly Europeans, Spanish and Italian, around 85%.

Buenos Aires

Buenos Aires is a beautiful city with a large European flavor and with many friendly people. Buenos aires is the largest city of Argentina, being around 200 square kilometers in size and with a population of around 3 million. The city centre is also known as the Capital Federal. The city is well-organized, with areas around the major region of Plaza de Mayo. Recoleta, Retiro and San Telmo surround Plaza de Mayo, with Palermo and its beautiful and many parks are north of Plaza de Mayo and the colorful old port of La Boca to the south. All these areas should be seen as they are very distinct from one another and hold a beauty of their own.

The buildings of Buenos Aires have a flavor from Paris, France, Madrid and Barcelona, in addition to much Italian influence and an academic architectural style.

Cafe Tortoni

Cafe Tortoni is a coffeehouse located at #825 of Avenida de Mayo in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was made by a French immigrant, after the local in Paris at the Boulevard des Italiens. It is inspired by French style coffee houses.
