Downtown

Downtown Buenos Aires is busy but beautiful. Streets are not congested, as the city has many major highways running through it making driving very easy. Shopping centers are found throughout and pedestrians are polite and easy going. Taking a walk throughout downtown is a must, or taking the city tour, as the views of the buildings architecture is stunning.
